Hi Humans, I'm Charlie, a year old, black Lab-hound mix. I've been neutered, micro
chipped, up to date with my vaccinations and currently on heartworm, flea and tick preventive.
I'm currently living with my foster dad and foster sister, a cute yellow Lab, till I find
my forever home!
She and I play together and enjoy each other's company and I really like being with
people! Dad says I'm very cute, I look like a little hound dog, I'm only 47 lbs., but I run and
bound like a little deer! I didn't have any manners or obedience skills when I arrived here, but I'm learning
more each day! My foster dad has enrolled us in obedience class to help. Dad
says I'm smart as well as cute! Did I mention that I'm very cute? I will be a great
family member as I enjoy being with people too! Please, come and meet me, I'd love to be part of your family!!!!! For approved homes, dogs over 6 months of age are available for our foster to adopt program. The foster to adopt option is not available to puppies under 6 months of age. Our adoption fee for dogs 1-7 years of age is $250; for dogs under a year, $350; and $200 for dogs seven years or older, or for dogs with serious handicaps. Since we are a volunteer organization funded entirely by contributions, we count on your continuing support as well as your adoption fees to help defray the costs of caring for our foster dogs. We are delighted to accept any amounts over these minimum fees to help other dogs in our care. If you can't help with a donation of money we are happy to have you help with your time.
